After dedicating so much time over the past seven years to practicing and improving my art, I can definitely tell when I’ve been away from my studio for too long. “Finding the flow” is ironically not about being relaxed (taking time off, letting art happen only when inspired) it’s about being routine. The more I create on a consistent basis, the more my intuition takes over and the better my work becomes.
